Impeccable service. The technician who helped me was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my mom and I’s questions. It only took 15 minutes for my phone screen to be replaced. My new screen protector was put on perfectly without any bubbles or dust. I got to try out several different cases and take my time making selections. There wasn’t any rush or pushiness. I’m very satisfied and I’ll be back with my iPad soon! I highly recommend this place for repairs - especially after getting quotes elsewhere that were astronomically high and unreasonable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. They work with u and if u have to get multiple things done they’ll give u a discount if it’s available. Thank u so much I had to get my screen and power buttons fixed they fixed it very quickly and also accommodated my church schedule in order to not have to leave service early to pick up my phone. This is my FAVORITE phone repair shop. I will go out of my way just to get my phone serviced here. The owners of this shop are kind, reliable, transparent, and fast. My iPhone camera broke and I got quoted $75 by other repair shop, but he told me that the top lens was the only thing cracked and there was no need to charge an obscene amount and only charged me $7. It was fixed 20 minutes later. 10/10 service, highly recommend and I promise you won’t get scammed! ~ Sarah J

Samsha, I just have to say she fixed my phone within 15 mins , I’ve been a whole week without a phone and I called , when I was greeted the man on the phone assured me that I would be able to come in right away and get my phone fixed , the price was very reasonable $125 plus tax’s to get my IPhone 14 Pro fixed !! SUPER COORPERATIVE- saved me a lot of money on a completely hopeless situation!!!! I recommend any and every product this is an iPhone 16 PRO. I thought for sure my phone was toast after getting some water damage, but the good people at tech fix were able to diagnose and repair my phone for a good price all in under a day. I’ve had several devices fix here with NO complaints! They are by far the cheapest repair store on the metro area. Staff is very friendly. They close at 8pm, I called told him that I would be a few minutes late. They stayed open and waited for me 2 days before Christmas and Fix my son iPhone plus for me! Thanks guys! ~ Kemo
