Impeccable service. The technician who helped me was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my mom and I’s questions. It only took 15 minutes for my phone screen to be replaced. My new screen protector was put on perfectly without any bubbles or dust. I got to try out several different cases and take my time making selections. There wasn’t any rush or pushiness. I’m very satisfied and I’ll be back with my iPad soon! I highly recommend this place for repairs - especially after getting quotes elsewhere that were astronomically high and unreasonable.
